Terms and Conditions
NOT acceptable for transport without any exceptions, A.B.S Courier will refuse the shipment of any prohibited commodity, regardless of its value, its business potential, or the customer responsible for its order.
The list of Prohibited Commodities is as follows:
1. Human and Animal Products
- Human parts.
- Processed or unprocessed dead animals or parts (furs, skins, tusks, etc.), including insects and pets.
2. Perishable and Hazardous Items
- Perishable foods and beverages requiring refrigeration or other environmental control.
- Hazardous waste (e.g., hypodermic needles/syringes, or other medical waste).
- Hazardous materials (chemicals, explosives, fuels, fertilizers, and poisons 'toxics').
3. Illegal and Offensive Items
- Lottery tickets and gambling devices.
- Pornographic, sex toys, or any items related to sex and/or obscene material.
- Political material or any related content.
- Items offensive to Muslim culture or the country’s rules, politics, habits, or traditions.
4. Controlled and Dangerous Goods
- Alcohol.
- Tobacco advertisements.
- Perfumes, nail polishes, flammable materials, and pressurized canisters.
- Lithium batteries.
- Any material classified as dangerous goods.
5. Monetary Items
- MONEY (coins, cash, currency, negotiable instruments equivalent to cash, e.g., endorsed stocks, bonds, and letters).
- Collectable coins and stamps.
6. Electronic and Military Equipment
- Electronic cigarettes, e-juice, nicotine liquids, and accessories.
- Military items/clothes.
7. Damaging or Disruptive Items
- Packages that may cause damage to or delay equipment, personnel, or other packages.
