Thank you for choosing ABS Courier & Freight Systems. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and returns are handled for services purchased through our website and paid online via our secure payment gateway.

2. Service Nature

ABS Courier provides logistics, shipping, and delivery services. As our services involve transportation and handling of shipments, they are considered service-based and not product-based transactions. Therefore, refunds or returns apply under specific conditions as stated below.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may request service cancellation before the shipment is picked up or dispatched.
  • Once the shipment has been picked up, cancellation may not be possible.
  • Cancellation requests must be sent by email to info@absegy.com or through our customer service hotline 16231.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment due to system or transaction error.
  • Payment made for a service that could not be provided (e.g., shipment not picked up due to courier unavailability).
  • Overcharge or billing error confirmed by ABS Courier's accounts team.

No refund will be provided if:

  • The shipment has already been picked up or delivered.
  • The service was delayed due to force majeure events (e.g., weather conditions, government restrictions, etc.).

5. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Refunds (when applicable) will be processed using the same payment method used during the transaction.
  • Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment gateway provider.
  • All refunds are subject to transaction and service fees charged by the payment gateway, which may be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a refund should be issued, please contact our billing department at finance@absegy.com with your payment reference number and shipment details.

We will review and respond within 5 working days.
