ABS Client may collect the following information to support shipment and delivery services:

• Account and contact details such as name, phone number, email address, and account information
• Shipment and AWB tracking history
• Pickup requests, including pickup address and location information
• Cash on Delivery (COD) amounts and reconciliation records
• Push-notification tokens used to deliver shipment status updates to your device

Location information is used only to schedule a pickup from the user's location and is not used for continuous background tracking.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Manage shipments, pickup requests, and delivery services
• Provide shipment and AWB tracking information
• Send delivery notifications and status updates, including out for delivery, delivered, and returned
• Process shipment data in both English and Arabic and improve service efficiency and app performance

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information is shared only within ABS operational systems and with trusted service providers necessary to provide courier and delivery services.
